1. Take an LMU Fitness Class on Zoom – Do you miss taking classes? Do you want to take a fitness class with a friend? Are you ready to start burning more calories and building more muscle? Checkout your LIVE Virtual Zoom group fitness schedule from LMU. FitWell. All classes will be held Monday through Thursday in PDT. 2. Join the Intramural Sports FIFA ’20 Video Game League – Break away from your studies (or work) and have some fun competing against fellow Lions in Intramural Sports. You can join a team or form your own and make new friends along the way. Open to all students, faculty and staff, Intramural Sports are a great way to get involved in recreational sports and cultivate one’s individual and team sportsmanship. 3. Take the 3×3 Fitness Challenge – Want to jumpstart your wellness routine? ASLMU & FitWell can help you! Join our 3×3 Challenge. It is three week/three days a week program that will help integrate your mind, body and spirit. In the very first week, we will have three 20-minute meditation sessions. In the second week, we will have three 20-minute sweat and stretch classes. Sweat and stretch classes will comprise of 10 minutes of a boot camp style class followed by 10 minutes of yoga. In the last week, we will have three 30-minute group exercise classes. The classes will include boot camp, ab, and yoga for you to try. The sessions will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8-8:30 a.m. PDT. If you can’t attend the live session it will be available all day that day for you to watch the recordings. The goal is to attend all three sessions each week for the entire three-week challenge. More will be included during the challenge to help stay motivated and create lasting wellness habits.

4. Attend the Club Sports Virtual Involvement Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 23 – The Club Sports office is excited to invite all LMU students to our virtual involvement fair on LEO. Drop in anytime between 3-5 p.m. PDT to connect live with various student organization leaders from the Club Sports Program. RSVP here.

5. Download the Strava Fitness App – Join our club on Strava, a free app and website for tracking exercise and social networking. Strava lets you track your running and riding with GPS, join LMU challenges and events, share photos from your activities, and follow friends. You can pair it with a smart tracking device or track with your phone. Commonly tracked activities include running, walking, biking, hiking, skiing and swimming. Download the app here.
