The LMU women’s volleyball team earned its second at-large bid in three years into the NCAA Division I Championship. Watch the video to see the players and coaches react to the news of going to the Big Dance.
The Lions will open play against Michigan State on Friday, December 5. The match will take place at 4:30 p.m., at Stanford University. LMU is one of four West Coast Conference teams to make the tournament, including WCC Champion BYU, Santa Clara and San Diego. Click here to view the full bracket.
The Lions (23-7) are making their 12th NCAA appearance. LMU last appeared in the NCAA Tournament in 2012, dropping a first-round match to Western Kentucky.
