As we enter into the second half of the fall semester, we want to remind students to take charge of their own health and wellness and to take advantage of the many mental health and wellness resources LMU has to offer. Each of the resources offer a variety of activities, support and programs to help guide students on their Lion Wellness journey at LMU. Looking for more information about all of the mental health and wellness resources LMU has to offer, visit lmu.edu/LionWellness.
